Savills manages and brokers commercial real estate across the Swedish and international markets. This assignment was about documenting two large logistics buildings — one in Helsingborg and one in Jönköping.
Logistics buildings are a specific genre. They're big, they're repetitive, and it's easy for images and film of them to look the same. The brief was to produce photo, film and aerial work that actually says something about the buildings and their location — not just confirm that they exist.
That takes planning. Before I even step out of the car I need to know what matters: which façades carry the building, how the light falls, where the drone gives the most return. On buildings at this scale, time is scarce. You can't explore your way through it on site.
The result was a complete set of imagery in three formats — stills, motion and aerial — tailored to Savills' communication and marketing.
Logistics and industry is a segment I actively pursue. I take assignments across southern and central Sweden and am used to working to tight deadlines on properties of this size.
